We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to lead all aspects of our delivery department—driving efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service. This role oversees drivers, fleet performance, and DOT compliance while managing scheduling, payroll, and training. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems quickly, and builds a strong, safety-focused team culture.

Job Responsibilities:
General manager administration including, but not limited to, workers compensation, new hire interviewing, conducting training for efficiencies and overall safety culture, etc.
Effectively manage all aspects of the delivery department.
Ensures that team maintains a positive customer experience:
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
Compensation
Salary: $80,000 - $112,000
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
