Overview
We are seeking a Manager to support real estate acquisitions, tax-advantaged real estate offerings, and the development of an internal debt brokerage platform. This role will work closely with senior leadership and span both investment execution and capital markets.
The position is split approximately:
30 to 40 percent acquisitions and tax-advantaged investment offerings
60 to 70 percent debt brokerage platform development and execution
ROLE OVERVIEW
Acquisitions and Investment Offerings
Support sourcing efforts through broker outreach and market research
Perform underwriting and financial modeling for acquisitions and structured real estate offerings
Prepare investment summaries, due diligence materials, and Investment Committee presentations
Assist in managing the acquisition process including diligence, third-party reports, and closing coordination
Support structuring and execution of tax-advantaged real estate offerings in coordination with legal, tax, and distribution partners
Assist with preparation of marketing materials and investor presentations
Collaborate with asset management, capital markets, and investor relations teams
Support capital raising efforts and respond to technical product questions
Debt Brokerage Platform
Assist in building and launching the firm’s internal debt brokerage platform
Develop and manage relationships with lenders including banks, agencies, debt funds, and life companies
Support sourcing and structuring of debt for acquisitions, development, and third-party assignments
Prepare lender packages and financing materials
Analyze debt sizing, pricing, and structure across capital stacks
Coordinate lender outreach, term sheets, and comparisons
Track market trends, lender appetite, and financing comps
Help establish internal processes, templates, and reporting
Opportunity

Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree
5 years professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, capital markets, lending, or investment sales
Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills
Experience with debt placement or lending
Exposure to DSTs, Opportunity Zones, or similar tax-advantaged real estate structures
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
The Wisconsin pay rate range for this job position is $85,000 - $182,150. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
