

Job Title: Sales Quality Account Manager

This is a great job for someone who has experience in sales or account management and enjoys building strong relationships with intermediary partners. This role suits someone who is motivated by delivering great customer outcomes, confident in using sales processes, and ready to take ownership of growing accounts and solving problems.
A bit about the job
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing sales performance across intermediary channels. You will manage relationships with intermediaries, helping them make the most of Aviva’s products and services while driving revenue growth.
You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing guidance, resolving queries, and sharing insights that support smarter selling. This role also focuses on delivering good customer outcomes, ensuring every interaction supports customers in achieving their financial goals and reflects our commitment to acting in good faith. Based on the role profile, you will also support colleagues by sharing expertise and stepping in on more complex issues when needed.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Experience in sales, account management, or working with intermediary or broker channels
Strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to use tools and insight to improve performance
Confident communicator who can build relationships and provide clear, practical guidance
Ability to resolve problems and escalate complex issues when needed
Focus on delivering strong customer outcomes and supporting customers’ financial objectives
Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within £30,000-£38,000, any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.
