YOUR ROLE

As a Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor on our team, you’ll manage, direct, and coordinate activities in a department, groups of operations departments, and support to manufacturing departments.

In your daily job you will:

Asset for improving operational performance.
Train, develop, and evaluate employees.
Provide assistance in analyzing and solving difficult Engineering problems.
Assistance in obtaining resources to effectively carry out Engineering activities.
Improvement in productivity
New technological strategies
Assistance in planning departments.
Coordinate activities with subordinate supervisors and assistants who determine their work priorities.
Contact with others outside the work group.
Maintain excellent communication with suppliers.
Interact extensively with ACS, and provide functional support with organizations and other Aptiv sites.
Plant administration and corporate policies.
Keep systems control and monitoring managed.
Use of tools.
DMS metric support
Participation in the selection of new employees.
Notify organizational changes and new entries within your area to the Human Resources department, using the ESNP_5-3_HR-MAT_17-F02_ES form.
