Partnerships Business Manager (East Region)
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Drive and manage relationships with 3rd party partners to be mutually profitable and accelerate the growth of FreeStyle Libre product family in Japan by partnering with the various functions in ADC (Abbott Diabetes Care), mainly Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Finance.
- Key partner for this role is Sanwa. Lead the discussion with Sanwa, align on the strategy and effectively share it with all reps to achieve the sales target agreed for ADC business. This position will be responsible for training and activation of Sanwa reps.
- Lead the end-to-end BD/partnership process from screening stage, assessment, development, readiness to launch, and all the way to alliance management which includes operations, marketing, commercial execution, and delivering on the financial goals of the partnership.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-own the sales target of Sanwa alongside the Head of Partnerships.
- Develop business plans aligned with ADC and Sanwa, then implement it to deliver on topline revenue growth with Sanwa reps as appropriately engaging ADC reps.
- Collaborate with Partnership, Marketing, Sales, Commercial teams to plan and execute commercial and marketing plans for Sanwa to accelerate Libre sales and adoption.
