In this position, you will belong to the Electrification Business Area, Service Division at ABB. You will execute service work at customer sites in accordance with established procedures and work instructions, while adhering to ABB’s quality and safety standards.

Commissioning and adjustment
Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Customers
Large hyperscale data center operators
Major semiconductor manufacturers
Renewable energy sector (solar, wind, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with customers on-site to identify opportunities to improve operations and resolve technical challenges
Perform field service activities (both on-site and remote), identify technical issues, and conduct analysis within assigned service areas and certified product lines
Prepare material lists required for service activities and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and meet required quality standards
Requirements
Valid Japanese driver’s license
Willingness to travel frequently (both short-term and long-term assignments)
No prior electrical experience required
Training will be provided before assignment
Business-level Japanese proficiency
Candidates with electrical experience may qualify with conversational-level Japanese
