About the Role
WiseWorld Analytics Ltd is looking for motivated individual to join our team as CRM Trainee on a part-time, weekend basis. This role is ideal for students or entry-level candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
Assign customers accurately and within strict timeframes
Monitor Customer Supports’ activity and performance
Prepare and deliver reports
Support the Customer Support team with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensure smooth coordination and workflow during working hours
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Salary: €800–€1000 gross monthly(depending on experience)
Weekend-only position
Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–18:00 (1 hour break)
