Responsibilities:

• coordinating the work of camera operators and reporters
• coordinating the recording of individual program episodes, including live broadcasts
• coordinating transmissions and reporter live inserts; working in the control room during live programs
• building a database of new guests and experts invited to programs; inviting guests and taking care of them during the program
• organizing domestic and international filming trips
• submitting accreditation applications for journalists
• ongoing cooperation with reporters and program editors as well as TVN24 producers, vision directors, the coordination department, foreign production department, reception, travel agencies, equipment warehouses, the TVN24 GO portal, archives, and TVN24 national newsrooms
• cooperating with the program editor on creating the news service
• ensuring clear and effective communication during live program production

Requirements:

• basic knowledge of processes and technologies used in news production
• knowledge of the socio-political situation in Poland and familiarity with current events
• basic knowledge of the MS Office package
• communicative knowledge of English
• good work organization and commitment to assigned duties
• accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication skills
• ability to work under time pressure and multitask
• availability resulting from the television production process; openness to working shifts

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
