Job Description
AI Enablement Lead / Senior Engineer (Agentic Systems | AWS & Azure | Digital Services)
Role Summary
We are seeking a high-impact AI Enablement professional to accelerate AI adoption across our Digital Services service line. This hybrid role blends strategy, hands-on engineering, and customer engagement. You will design and implement agentic systems (AI agents, orchestrators), enable engineering teams through mentorship and training, and actively support presales and customer interactions. The ideal candidate is adaptable across tools and models, comfortable operating in AWS and Azure cloud environments, and capable of translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive AI enablement initiatives across Digital Services, promoting AI-first engineering practices
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration workflows
Evaluate and integrate a variety of AI models (open-source and commercial) into enterprise solutions
Build reusable AI components such as skills, prompts, tools, and automation pipelines
Mentor and upskill engineering teams on AI tools, frameworks, and best practices
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on enablement programs
Participate in presales activities, customer meetings, demos, and solution discussions
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities and business value
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to embed AI solutions into client engagements
Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model usage, evaluation, and AI governance
Continuously explore emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends for adoption
Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions aligned to Digital Services offerings
Required Skills & Expertise
AI & Agentic Systems
Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, and orchestrators
Strong understanding of agentic architectures and multi-agent systems
Experience with LLMs and AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)
Expertise in prompt engineering and AI interaction design
Experience with frameworks for agentic development (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
AI Tools & Ecosystem
Exposure to a wide range of AI tools (open-source and commercial)
Ability to evaluate, experiment, and integrate AI models into applications
Experience developing AI-powered automation and workflows
Programming & Engineering
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; others acceptable)
Experience with APIs, backend systems, and microservices
Understanding of scalable system design and integration patterns
Cloud & Platform (AWS & Azure)
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services and cloud-native architectures
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)
Experience with serverless patterns and managed services across AWS/Azure
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Presales & Customer Engagement
Experience participating in customer meetings, demos, and solution discussions
Ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes
Experience building and presenting POCs, prototypes, and technical demonstrations
Experience Requirements
8–12+ years of overall experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI enablement roles
2–4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/LLM-based systems or AI-enabled development
Proven experience in presales, POCs, or customer-facing engagements is highly preferred
