Qualification
Education (minimum/desirable): University degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: At least 7 +years of maintenance, facilities, and utilities and 2 to 3 years of people management experience in utility as Lead,
Experience can preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Accountabilities
Responsible for all Plant Engineering (Utilities) functions in the Plant: Utilities operations, Utilities Maintenance and Sustainability Engineering
Accountable for high reliability site utilities and related facilities operations and maintenance strategy and execution
Leads, develops, and trains high performing utilities & related facilities function and staff
Member of the site Plant Engineering team
Owner for site utilities and related facilities operations and maintenance budget and long-term asset management plan
Responsible for the engineering owned actions for sustainability program
Reports KPIs for function and drives continuous improvements
Responsible for Site Carbon Portfolio & Net Zero road Map implementation

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise(Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technicalknowledge)
Must Have In-depth Knowledge & application at
General Utility – Chilled water Generation & Distribution setup, Cooling s, Steam Boiler, Chilled Brine Generation setup

Clean Utilities Like - Purified water, Nitrogen Gas,
HVAC – for Pharma Applications High Side Comprising Chillers Low side- AHUs & related ancillaries.
Knowledge / hands on – SAP-PM,
Carbon emission reduction – Knowledge & Skill set at identifying and executing projects
Good to Have: Working in a GMP environment & systems, Paperless setup, Automated Utility operations.
