Years of experience: 8 years or more (preferable)
Area of Experience:
Good understanding of requirements of various financial institutions’ requirements related to social assessments such as IFC, The World Bank, ADB, JICA, etc.
Experience of working on national and international local regulations related to land acquisitions.
Experience of undertaking various stakeholder consultations and use of tools related to same
Experience of working on social impact assessment, social due diligence, labor compliance audit, livelihood restoration plan / framework, resettlement, and rehabilitation (R&R) plan, etc.
Sector experience of transport, renewable energy, industrial area, manufacturing facilities, etc.
