The IT Jr. Support is responsible for performing basic IT support tasks such as setting up equipment, assisting users, and following standard procedures. This role works under supervision and supports routine IT operations. This job profile is intended for entry-level support staff who follow specific instructions and procedures, with supervision provided for non-routine situations. Tasks can be carried out after basic training or demonstration.

A requirement is that you will take part in the BBL program "ICT Support Technician" or "ICT system engineer" in Nijmegen (ROC), Arnhem (Rijn IJssel), or Breda (Curio). You attend school one day a week and work four days at our company.
