

Drive Quality and Reliability Across STARK Group’s Digital Transformation
We’re looking for a Senior Test Manager to take a central quality leadership role in our Sales App – a key project within STARK Group’s digital transformation program Athene. The ‘Sales App’ is a bespoke, business critical sales application that will become our new primary sales tool across the Group. In this role, you will be embedded in the Sales App project and own test, and QA activities end to end, ensuring high quality, stability, and business readiness across releases.

Your Impact – What You Will Do and Deliver
You will take end-to-end ownership of testing and quality assurance within the Sales App project – a business‑critical solution at the core of STARK Group’s digital transformation.
Working in a matrix setup, you will be embedded in the Sales App project, collaborating closely with project managers, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders. At the same time, you will be part of our central Test & QA team, contributing to how we shape, validate, and continuously improve quality across Group IT.

What You Bring
You are a test manager who thrives in complexity and brings structure to ambiguity. You combine deep technical expertise with a strategic mindset and the ability to connect testing outcomes to business impact.
You likely bring:
5+ years in test leadership or senior test roles with a proven experience in designing and implementing test automation framework for software testing.
Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Tosca, Playwright, or Cypress and Implement and scale test automation frameworks.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Working knowledge of Whitebox testing with automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to define and drive test strategy, execution, and reporting across functional, integration, API, and performance testing and supporting data‑driven release readiness.
ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced) and experience in manual testing.
Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
