Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
(Major functions of the position)
Act as PPoC to CE-I2, which consists of 2 Franchises Anti-Infectious and Immunology.
Take lead the identification of business pain points, root cause, and lead to take business actions, via strong business insight based on analysis
Coordinate bi-annual FFE business planning (including HC, Territory and objective setting) across all TA’s both of CE-O, CE-ON, as well as CE-I2
Proactively work together with Commercial Excellence internal team, especially BDC (Business Data Center) team, to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
Work closely with Finance partner, HR partner to manage HC and resource
Integrate internal and external stakeholders to build end-to-end business solutions
Explore business opportunities and business models to sustain growth
Drive business initiatives via strong interpersonal skills as well as hard skills, with sense of ownership.
Coach team members to accommodate business requests with high efficiency and effectiveness
Healthcare experience is mandatory, strong analysis and presentation skills are mandatory, MBA and consulting background is preferred
