Essential Functions

Coordinating work according to the bottling schedule provided by various business groups
Data entry and production documentation completion tasks
Training bottling technicians in various roles and responsibilities
Various other tasks to ensure the bottling team runs smoothly
Backup lead when lead is not present
Supplement production output to meet customer need
Support and/or spearhead customer complaint investigations, non-conformance filing and investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed
Other projects or responsibilities may be required.
Minimum Qualifications–Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in biology related field
1 years of experience in a laboratory and/or biotech manufacturing and/or filling/bottling/packaging working environment
Demonstrated high levels of teamwork, quality, and productivity
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
6 months of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry
Experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products
