At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.
Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

**Role Overview:** This Manager is the owner of data integrity within the compliance tracking and reporting function. The role is responsible for ensuring that the numbers are accurate, complete, supportable, and ready for use in decision-making and leadership reporting. This person leads the quality control environment for reporting and acts as the operational authority on data issues, validation methods, and defect resolution.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to investigate discrepancies with discipline and structure. This Manager is not just checking reports; they are defining what “good” looks like in reporting quality and ensuring that standards are applied consistently. They are responsible for implementing and managing validation checks, audits, reconciliation routines, and exception handling processes that reduce reporting risk and improve trust in the outputs.
This person also serves as the escalation point for complex reporting defects that cannot be resolved through first-pass review. They must be comfortable partnering with upstream data owners, local AC stakeholders, and other functional teams to trace issues to root cause and drive resolution. In addition to managing reporting controls, this role supervises the Sr. Associate responsible for reporting and data operations, helping ensure that report production is accurate, auditable, and aligned to expected standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Define and maintain data quality standards, control checks, and validation requirements for compliance reporting.
· Lead routine audits, reconciliations, and quality reviews across reporting outputs.
· Investigate complex discrepancies, interpret source data issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
· Review reporting packages prepared by the reporting-focused Sr. Associate and determine readiness for escalation.
· Maintain issue logs, control inventories, recurring defect summaries, and remediation actions.
· Partner with upstream reporting, LMS, technology, or data teams to resolve structural data issues.
· Identify failure patterns and recommend improvements to templates, validation logic, and control points.
· Coach the reporting-focused Sr. Associate on report accuracy, documentation discipline, and defect prevention.
· Contribute to leadership discussions by highlighting data risks, recurring issues, and control improvement opportunities.
· Support readiness for audit, review, or governance scrutiny related to compliance data.

**Qualifications:**
· Proven experience managing or supervising teams focused on compliance, reporting, or operational tracking functions.
· Strong process and data analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
· Excellent collaboration skills, able to liaise effectively between local AC teams and central US L&D Tracking & Reporting.
· Solid organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring consistent reporting cycles.
· Comfortable working with data management tools, business intelligence platforms, or learning management systems.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of coaching and influencing team members.
