You will ensure consistently high customer satisfaction in your store, verify compliance with all visual merchandising standards, monitor inventory flow, and achieve effective cost control.
You will analyze your store's KPIs and work with your team to meet or exceed targets.

You have experience as a branch manager, store manager, or sales associate with leadership experience.
You are customer-oriented (full-time) and a reliable and friendly individual.
You are able to learn new things, systems, and experiences in the fast-paced retail environment.
You have the ability to identify and develop talent.
You are highly organized with excellent time management skills and are interested in innovation and change.
You communicate confidently in English.
