

The Web Development & Operations Manager owns the PROS Travel website and campaign digital experience. This role is responsible for ensuring the web presence is fast, accurate, and directly connected to active marketing programs.
This role sits at the intersection of web operations, campaign enablement, and digital performance. The Manager, Web Development & Operations works closely with the Marketing Operations & Digital Campaigns Manager, Product Marketing, and Creative to ensure campaign assets go live on time, digital experiences are consistent and on-brand, and performance data is visible and reliable.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, reporting to the Senior Manager, ABM & Digital.
Day in the Life of the Web Development & Operations Manager:
Own WordPress development and CMS governance for the PROS Travel website, managing staging-to-production workflows within the Pagely hosting environment and ensuring all changes are tested and deployed without disrupting active campaigns or live pages.
Build and deploy Tier-based ABM landing pages aligned to campaign briefs -- ensuring each page is properly tracked, connected to the correct form and automation workflow, and tailored to the account tier and buying group it is designed to reach.
Develop and maintain reusable templates, Gutenberg blocks, and modular landing page components that allow the marketing team to launch campaign pages efficiently and consistently without rebuilding from scratch.
Implement personalization rules and dynamic content experiences, enabling the website to serve differentiated content to named airline accounts based on account tier and engagement signals.
Configure and maintain website analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign tagging including GA4 and UTM frameworks -- ensuring account-level engagement data flows correctly into marketing dashboards and is reliable for reporting.
Support CRO test implementation and optimize digital pathways for named account engagement, ensuring landing pages and campaign experiences convert the right stakeholders at priority airline accounts.
Partner closely with the Digital to connect paid campaigns, email journeys, landing pages, and lead capture forms into cohesive end-to-end campaign experiences.
Execute on-page SEO updates, metadata configuration, internal linking, and structured content improvements to support the website's visibility in airline and travel technology search contexts.
Monitor website health including page speed, broken links, form functionality, and overall user experience -- proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect campaign performance or stakeholder experience.
Maintain organized, well-documented web files, templates, and deployment processes that support reliable execution and enable other team members to contribute without creating technical debt.
Required Qualifications - About you:
5-8+ years of experience managing enterprise B2B WordPress websites, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong WordPress development capability including custom template development, Gutenberg block building, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP -- able to build and modify front-end components without relying on a separate development team.
Experience building and deploying campaign landing pages integrated with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, specifically in an ABM or named-account context.
Experience implementing personalization rules and dynamic content experiences on B2B websites, ideally in coordination with an ABM platform.
Proficiency in GA4, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking setup -- able to configure and validate that account-level engagement data is captured correctly.
Solid on-page SEO and technical site optimization expertise.
Experience supporting CRO testing and optimizing digital conversion pathways.
Comfortable working in a named-account marketing environment where the precision and quality of digital experiences matters more than traffic volume.
Strong collaboration skills -- able to work closely with campaign, creative, and ops team members to deliver integrated digital experiences on tight timelines.
