

The Demolder is responsible for safely and efficiently removing foam products from molds following the curing process. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting smooth production flow in the molding department. 1 total opening
Remove foam parts from molds carefully to prevent damage or deformation.
Inspect molded products for quality defects such as tears, voids, or deformities and report any issues to the lead or supervisor.
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production issues, delays, or material needs.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of materials.
Stack or place finished parts in designated areas for further processing (e.g., trimming, packing).
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Assist with mold changeovers and setup as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or foam fabrication environment is a plus.
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine functions.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Must be able to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, and machine settings in English.
