We are building a world-class Digital Sales Engine – fast, focused, and highly scalable. As an Account Executive, you are at the core of this engine. You own your number, drive revenue, and execute with precision across the full sales cycle. This role is designed for individuals who operate with intensity, take full accountability, and consistently outperform targets.
Own your revenue target and consistently deliver – and exceed – quota
Build and convert pipeline through a combination of inbound excellence and proactive outbound execution
Lead deals end-to-end: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
Drive deal velocity through clear next steps, strong stakeholder management, and disciplined execution
Maintain a clean, structured pipeline in HubSpot with full ownership of forecasting accuracy
Apply rigorous qualification and pipeline management standards
Leverage AI tools to optimize outreach, conversion, and overall sales efficiency
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize win rates
Operate with speed, focus, and a clear bias for action in a high-performance environment
2+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS closing roles with a strong new business focus
Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing short to mid-length sales cycles in high-velocity environments
Ability to manage multiple deals in parallel with strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics, and forecasting
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and AI-driven sales tools (mandatory)
Clear, structured communication and strong negotiation skills
Fluent in German and English
