Compensation for this role ranges from $30.00-$35.00 per hour and is based on your experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to our team.

🦷 What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Helping patients understand financials and insurance in a supportive, non-intimidating way
• Coordinating appointments and treatment flow efficiently
• Following up on pending treatment with compassion and professionalism
• Supporting both clinical and administrative teams to create an exceptional patient experience
• Maintaining organized and accurate patient records
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients and families

• Previous experience as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator is required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence discussing treatment plans, financing, and insurance
