To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Catalog Specialist @NET-A-PORTER @MR PORTER

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
Enter and manage technical specifications and key product information on a daily basis
Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, requesting and following up on missing technical details and product specifications
Support the Senior Catalog Specialist with product planning and task coordination
Act as the first point of escalation for the team, helping to resolve day-to-day technical, system, or information-related issues
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on product data to ensure accuracy, ToV alignment, and legal compliance before go-live
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather product information
Take ownership of updating resources for the Product Copy and Catalog teams, including maintaining and adapting guidelines and documentation as needed
Ensure clothing racks, trolleys, and studio spaces remain organized and efficient for everyday use
The type of person we are looking for:
2–3 years of experience in catalog management; experience within fashion, design, or e-commerce is a plus
Solid understanding of fashion, including luxury brands, products, textiles, and industry standards
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and consistent product information across brands and platforms
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve processes and workflows
Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects, while supporting team priorities and deadlines
Experienced in reviewing product data and conducting quality checks for accuracy, ToV, and compliance
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in MS Office, CMS systems, and other content or catalog management platforms
Able to support and guide junior team members when needed, while continuing to grow your own expertise
