AVP Direct Business Product Manager
The AVP of Direct Business Product Group will be a key member of the team responsible for the delivery and execution of product features cutting across various capabilities. This role will be responsible for the propagating the business and product vision & end state in to product features, acceptance criterion and associated business outcomes . The AVP will work with all levels of staff in the various divisions of LPL Financial. The candidate must have experience with financial services, preferably in Wealth Management domain and proficient with data analysis, databases, and leveraging AI in an analytical role. In this position, you will develop high quality actionable product features/requirements ds with the intent to drive business outcome across capabilities including Advisor experience, Operational workflows, business data processing, downstream data consumption. The candidate’s ability to effectively interact with our business stakeholders, understand direct business and it's data processing, and leverage AI tools for business insights will be key to success in this role
