Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a key strategic leader to the VP, Supply Chain Operations by overseeing day-to-day operations and oversight of the Supply Chain portfolio. This role leads the ongoing development and delivery of issue management, root cause analysis, and resolution through partnerships with cross-functional teams. Champions and enables integration of portfolio and management efforts across the Supply Chain, drives momentum with ownership of the Supply Chain roadmap, and leads process excellence efforts. This role collaborates with finance on portfolio health and financial impact and drives decision-making and resolution where needed to ensure delivery of the portfolio. This role leads a data operations' team and oversees discrepancy root cause and resolution as well as the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) function for the enterprise. Effective communication at all levels is critical for this role as it is the primary communication leader for the Operations function on portfolio health and impact, field and executive communications, and roadmap progress.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of Supply Chain portfolio prioritization and oversight, operations support, and data operations
Continually identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness and leverage benchmarking to create the call to action
Responsible for portfolio objectives and key results
Oversee issue management, root cause analysis, and resolution for Supply Chain
Lead data operations and all efforts associated with root causing data issues and how to resolve
Own the Supply Chain roadmap of initiatives and partner with peers and Supply Chain leaders on prioritization and dependency management
Responsible for driving alignment and implementation of EDI modernization efforts
Oversees a global team for vendor issue management
Oversees all Supply Chain communications and executive updates on portfolio health
Develops framework for continuous optimization of productivity and processes that delivers financial results for Supply Chain
Ability to shape and influence strategic alignment and objectives within Supply Chain leadership as well cross-functional partners
Build, organize, recruit, hire, train, engage, and lead a highly competent team
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
11-15 years of experience within Home Improvement or other retail sectors; years of experience equivalent to an advanced education may be supplemented in lieu of a degree.
8-10 years of experience in leadership of managers and cross functional teams
8-10 years’ experience in program management leadings large transformational initiatives
8-10 years' experience in process improvement and change management
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI or extensive experience using a PMI-based Project Management Methodology/Process Improvement methodology
Lean Six Sigma Certified
