The Global Learning Administrator will manage training activities within the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), supporting global and local training owners, overseeing training assignments, and ensuring effective learning administration across the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining training compliance, supporting system implementation and testing, driving process harmonization, and ensuring a seamless learning experience in a GMP-regulated environment.

What you will do:
Manage training administration activities within Cornerstone, including assignment and maintenance of curricula and learning items
Ensure timely and accurate training assignments aligned to job roles and functions
Monitor training completion status and follow up on overdue training activities
Respond to LMS support tickets and troubleshoot system-related issues in a timely manner
Coordinate global and local training assignments in collaboration with training owners
Drive consistency and harmonization in LMS usage, training content, and processes
Maintain accurate user records, curricula structures, and learning objects within the LMS
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure system integrity and consistency
Support data uploads, updates, and mass changes within the system
Create, update, and maintain curricula aligned with global standards
Support simplification and optimization of training curricula structures
Ensure correct mapping of learning items to job functions and roles
Provide first-line support to users for LMS-related queries, including assignments, access, and completion issues
Escalate complex system issues to system owners or IT teams as required
Generate and distribute training reports, including compliance metrics, overdue training, and completion statistics
Support upload, testing, and deployment of eLearning modules and digital learning content such as Articulate modules
Ensure learning materials are correctly configured and accessible within the LMS
Identify and highlight risks related to training compliance
Support audit and inspection readiness activities related to training records and compliance
Support review and testing of LMS system releases and updates
Perform additional duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
Advanced experience administering Learning Management Systems, preferably at a global level
Extensive experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
Strong technical skills with experience using global enterprise applications
Ability to develop logical workflows and reporting structures for training assignments and compliance tracking
Excellent attention to detail with a strong “right first time” mindset
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Good understanding of GMP and ERES principles and their application
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cultures and global teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to maintaining EHS standards, safety, and compliance practices
