

Are you an organised, proactive and people focused administrator looking to join a professional and supportive team? We’re looking for a confident Secretary to become an essential part of our London office, helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business while delivering excellent support to colleagues and clients alike.
You’ll work closely with teams across the office, support client communications, assist with company secretarial duties, and play a key role in maintaining exceptional administrative standards.
Office Support
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues
Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently
Ensuring all communications are responded to within agreed deadlines
Providing reception cover when required and helping maintain a welcoming office environment
Assisting with the organisation of internal and external events
Supporting company incorporations and company secretarial processes
Managing officer appointments and company changes
Processing share transfers, allotments and dividend documentation
Preparing and filing confirmation statements and dormant accounts
Assisting with registered office changes, company dissolutions and related filings
Supporting Land Registry searches and bank audit requests
