In this critical role, you will drive the qualification of manufacturing ramps to high-volume production, ensuring processes and products align sustainably with organizational requirements. Your expertise will play a pivotal part in optimizing cost, ramp, and volume while enhancing product performance and reliability. As a trusted partner to engineering teams and product developers, your contributions will shape the quality culture across Intel's factories and refine processes for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Specify and oversee inspection and testing mechanisms to ensure compliance with quality standards for products and production equipment.
• Conduct quality assessments and audits, evaluating materials, processes, and techniques used in manufacturing.
• Develop and monitor health and performance indicators for product quality and reliability to guide optimization efforts.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and foster a quality culture mindset across factories.
• Represent the quality and reliability function in product engineering and development forums, recommending design or formulation changes to enhance reliability.
• Manage excursions, execute change control processes, and drive supplier audit and continuous improvement efforts.
• Establish systems for early detection and containment of excursions, performing risk assessments and disposition of discrepant materials.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistics and machine learning to identify insights and determine the disposition of products and systems that do not meet specifications.
• Address customer-reported issues related to manufacturing and provide engineering solutions to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Technical expertise in failure modes analysis and group problem-solving methodologies.
• Proficient written and oral English;
• Proficiency in reliability fundamentals, reliability statistics, and modeling and measurement techniques
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and reliability verification methods.
• Skilled in data analysis, machine learning applications, and risk assessment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, suppliers, and customers.
• Demonstrated disciplined execution of complex projects or manufacturing ramps.
• Track record of fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to driving innovation and delivering impactful results.
