Purpose:
The Account Executive is an individual contributor role in regional structure with direct reporting line towards Chapter Lead. The main goal for this role is to identify new business opportunities with current leads/clients and prospective new key clients which are provided against a focus target list. Account executive sells Infobip’s product/service offering to its High touch clients in the designated area and proactively recommend solutions to our clients. They are responsible for keeping the CRM system up to date with the information on the progress with each prospect or the client. Account Executives should work closely with relevant stakeholders internally to ensure acquisition of new business and logos
Main Responsibilities:
•Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customers base (provided target account list) in designated geographical territory (Tier 1 (B) in region).
•Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
•eManage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
