

The role exists to free the SMM manager to focus on shooting and producing new video formats that drive reach, subscribers, and engagement. It is a middle-level production role: beyond strong copywriting, the holder brings a strategic understanding of social-brand building and a feel for how text and visuals work together.
Social media publications managing: text for 20-22 publications per month across Instagram and TikTok — both on-asset text and post captions.
Social media: always-on community management: respond to DMs and comments, (up to ~20 per post, scaling to ~1,000) during influencer collaborations or paid campaigns.
Paid social scripts: write video scripts for paid social.(example)
Print materials: copy for leaflets, brochures, and posters.
Lead-gen copy: text for campaign lead forms. (example)
