Where You’ll Make a Difference
Lead production teams to meet daily targets while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
Provide shift leadership and act as the first point of contact for production and area emergencies
Execute site safety programs including permits, audits, housekeeping, and incident investigations
Coordinate activities across units and support troubleshooting of process or equipment issues
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Laboratory teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and reliability
Manage staffing, overtime, performance reviews, and employee conduct
Ensure clear and accurate communication across the organization
Maintain accurate timekeeping, attendance, and electronic records
What Makes You the Right Fit
Supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments
Strong understanding of safety, food safety, and operational discipline
Ability to manage schedules and respond to unplanned events
Ability to coach and develop employees
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts
