The Technical Business Analyst is accountable for leading the delivery and implementation of complex, cross-functional business change across ScottishPower, supporting the growth and scaling of one new business process we are currently starting.
Operating at the heart of Operations, this role ensures that new capabilities, processes and products are successfully mobilized, implemented and embedded into live environments, delivering sustainable value while maintaining high standards of customer experience, regulatory compliance and operational stability.
Acting as a subject matter expert in business operations, you will provide strategic input across service provisioning, order management, fault resolution, customer journeys and system interactions.
You will ensure that change initiatives are practical, scalable and aligned with both business objectives and customer needs.

As a senior leader, you will drive implementation planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and risk management across multiple functions, enabling innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of transformational initiatives
