We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director/Senior Manager to join the Human Capital's Planning, Strategy & Data Team.
[What you will be working on]
Formulate and review manpower policies to keep pace with tech and media developments.
Conduct policy research, data analysis, and evaluate emerging tech and media trends to inform manpower policy recommendations.
Prepare high-quality papers and presentations for senior management, senior government officials, and Ministers.
Oversee and ensure the timely and effective implementation of manpower policies and operations.
Collaborate both within and across government agencies to ensure alignment of strategic interests.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of policy officers, that can effectively contribute to the cluster’s objectives.
[What we are looking for]
At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in policy formulation roles within the Singapore Government.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders (e.g. senior government officials and Ministers).
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in building and managing high-performance teams.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with government structures and policy processes would be advantageous.
