Key Responsibilities:
Execute planned field visits to dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and targeted hospital accounts in line with segmentation and coverage objectives.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, and key medical stakeholders to strengthen scientific engagement, product advocacy, and business growth.
Promote Galderma products through effective detailing, scientific presentations, and educational discussions, ensuring clear communication of medical and marketing messages.
Drive KOL engagement and strengthen loyalty toward Galderma through continuous relationship management and high-quality customer interactions.
Position Galderma as the leading dermatology company within assigned territories by ensuring strong market presence and professional customer engagement.
Ensure product availability across all targeted accounts, particularly key hospitals and strategic customers, through close monitoring of stock levels and proactive coordination to avoid stock shortages.
Implement company marketing plans and campaigns through meetings, RTDs, speaker events, AV activities, and other promotional initiatives.
Educate pharmacists on Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) by promoting complete skincare and treatment solutions that improve consumer outcomes and maximize cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
Optimize utilization of company resources, including time, samples, and promotional investments, in alignment with territory priorities and manager direction.
Monitor territory sales performance and market trends, while developing and implementing action plans to achieve assigned targets.
Prepare and submit accurate business reports, including daily activities, weekly plans, monthly updates, and territory performance analyses.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, new launches, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential business risks.
Handle pharmacy and customer complaints professionally by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and escalating where necessary.
Collect and report pharmacovigilance cases in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure full compliance with company legal, ethical, and compliance standards, as well as local laws and regulations, in all interactions and activities.
Maintain up-to-date product, market, and category knowledge to ensure high-quality customer engagement and effective communication of scientific and commercial messages.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification
Licensed pharmacist- eligible to practice in KSA
Valid Healthcare License is Mandatory
At least 2 –3 years of working experience in the sales field in a multinational Dermatological industry is required for this position.
Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets.
Must be achieving 100% or more target achievement in last 2-3 years.
Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage
