Perfoms project to improve current quality process.
Collect data to develop process capability.
Develops and / or translate quality instructions with previous revision and authorization of the quality engineer.
Collect data to develop MSA studies.
Participate in the Quality system implementation and /or improve Quality process.
Participe on the quality improvement projects (Scrap reduction, quality records kaizen, lean system, VPS projects, 6 sigma, etc.)
New projects responsibility:
Support to the quality team on general activities according to the project general timing (schedule).
Works with the quality team about the PPAP preparetion.
Support into the implemaentation of the firewall process team during the samples, pre-series and SOP phases to obtain a successful result.
Support when it is needed to the quality engineerr on the APQP following activities according to the established dates on every phase.
Support, follow up and implementation of quality activities assigned by the process engineer throught the continuos revision of these activities.
Qualifications:
Student of industrial Engineering or Similar.
Knowledge in time studies realization.
Reports elaboration using Office software.
