FLENDER is searching for a Tender Specialist to be part of the Internal Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for tender responses and bid proposals
Research and identify potential tender opportunities in the market
Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
Review and evaluate tender requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with company capabilities
Support negotiation processes for pricing and terms with customers
Maintain a database of all tender responses and outcomes for analysis and improvement
Monitor and track tender results, providing feedback to sales team for future bids
Ensure all tender deadlines are met and submissions are of high quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in tender management
Strong understanding of procurement processes and guidelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and tender management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
