Project Coordinator III – Mechanical Contracting
Role Summary the Project Coordinator III supports the planning, execution, and closeout of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, piping, and controls scopes. This role provides mid-level coordination across engineering, procurement, field operations, subcontractors, and customers. The Project Coordinator III manages project documentation, assists with procurement, supports scheduling activities, and ensures timely communication between project stakeholders. This position works with moderate supervision and escalates issues appropriately.

Assist PMs with cost tracking, billing support, and change order documentation.
Maintain logs for change requests, quotes, and subcontractor pricing.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety documentation, and project standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Required Skills & Experience
The typical salary range for this position ranges from 59,500K - 97,900K. The range displayed represents a pay range for all positions in the job grades which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
