Job Description Summary
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Management Team with the effective coordination, delivery, and execution of site based in-scope facilities management and workplace support services for the assigned site / location. This function will primarily be associated with supporting the effective and efficient operation and management of the site.

About the Role:
Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of facility operations.
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports for audits, compliance, and management reviews.
Track facility expenses and assist in budget monitoring to support cost control efforts.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests in coordination with Finance.
Prepare and maintain financial records, including reports, vendor contracts, and monthly cost reconciliations with variance analysis.
About You:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
Experience in commercial real estate or facilities management is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
Willingness to work on-site.
