Role summary: Lead end‑to‑end supply chain and manufacturing execution for the Personal Care business unit. Accountable for safe, compliant, on‑time manufacture and delivery of Personal Care products (≈$2.5B annual sales), oversight of 5 internal plants (including 1 in the UK) and ~59 contract manufacturers, and delivery of $25M in operational savings. This leader translates commercial and R&D priorities into supply chain execution, is the senior operational representative to commercial leadership and key customers and will continually operationalize integrations for new acquisitions across a broad set of regulated product categories.
Key accountabilities
Own operational delivery for Personal Care: safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, case‑fill/OTIF, inventory management and gross margin impacts across internal plants and external manufacturers.
Deliver $25M in operational savings through productivity, contract manufacturer governance, network/capacity optimization and cost‑to‑serve improvements.
Lead 0–12 month execution for forecasting, demand & supply planning, inventory management, launch readiness and logistics for Personal Care SKUs.
Ensure rapid, compliant time‑to‑market for NPDs and promotions in partnership with R&D and Quality — particularly critical for Beauty POD, TAG brands and regulated product launches.
Contribute to S&OP rigor, master data accuracy, and analytics‑driven decisions; accelerate adoption of digital supply‑chain tools to improve responsiveness and regulatory traceability.
Assimilate acquisitions into supply chain processes, systems, supplier base and regulatory dossiers into the operating model.
Build and lead a high‑performing supply chain organization (plant GMs, planning, contract manufacturing, quality/EHS, logistics and continuous improvement).
Represent Supply Chain in customer interactions, executive forums and regulatory/corporate escalations; own supply chain inputs to Personal Care P+L and G2G program implementation.

Regulatory/product complexity: nasal sprays, condoms, pregnancy test kits, SPF skincare, oral care, over‑the‑counter and beauty products
Geographic scope: US with international supplier and plant engagement
Travel: up to ~40% (plant/CM/customer/regulatory site visits; occasional international travel)
Comfort with analytics and digital supply‑chain tools; data‑driven decision maker.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred attributes
Experience in high‑growth environments and post‑acquisition integrations.
Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
Prior experience managing international plant operations or cross‑border regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with contract manufacturing contracting models and global freight optimization.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $248,00 – $353,100. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
