Supports clients/customers and makes significant contributions to more complex projects under periodic supervision. General knowledge of the work function and Chevron’s practices.

This role plays a critical part in the monthly closing process, including plant and account reconciliations, and supports the Business Unit with inventory-related inquiries and audits. The analyst will also be responsible for generating and maintaining accurate reports to ensure transparency and compliance. This position requires strong collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement in inventory management processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational targets.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., MEC, Logistics, Finance).
• Support monthly and quarterly inventory closings, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate on audits and compliance processes related to inventory control.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Maintain and update inventory-related documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance tracking.
