This position is full time, onsite Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Requirements:
Excellent attendance and the ability to work the same shift each day
Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific systems
Prior office experience is preferred
Superior communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, writing
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Upbeat personality/positive outlook
High school diploma required, secondary education preferred
Responsibilities-
Communicate and coordinate with terminals to ensure timely placement of new drivers
Collect, organize, track, file and review program paperwork
Organize and present ppw for graduation
Evaluate driver logs and ELD-quick review
Track/Submit mentor pay
Additional duties as required
