The Product Manager serves as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. This role is responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of features within a specific product vertical of Avetta’s flagship SaaS platform, Connect. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager or Director of Product, this role focuses on defining and refining product features, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market.
The Product Manager plays a critical role in product discovery, problem prioritization, and feature execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
This role is well-suited for hands-on product professionals with strong analytical skills, compelling communication skills, customer empathy, and a passion for building scalable, intuitive, and high-impact SaaS solutions.
If the individual hired lives within approximately a 30 minute commute from one of our Avetta office locations, a 3-day per week in-office hybrid schedule will be required.

At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The salary range for this position is $87,500 - $180,000 per year, with a potential bonus.
