Position Summary:
All Together Recovery (ATR) is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Community Engagement Coordinator to support referral growth, admissions coordination, and community outreach efforts. This role is responsible for strengthening partnerships with legal, healthcare, employment, education, and community stakeholders to increase awareness of ATR/HTCC services and facilitate timely, appropriate treatment referrals.
The Coordinator will serve as a key external representative of ATR/HTCC, helping connect individuals to care while supporting internal admissions flow and census stability. This role will be primarily community-based, but will require in-office attendance as decided on by the management team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources including attorneys, courts, probation/parole, pretrial services, HR departments, colleges, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Conduct outreach visits, informational meetings, and presentations regarding ATR/HTCC services.
Attend networking events, community meetings, and partnership opportunities to promote organizational visibility.
Referral Development
Increase appropriate referrals for substance use and mental health treatment services.
Educate community partners on available treatment programs, levels of care, and admissions processes.
Serve as a point of contact for prospective referral partners seeking information or guidance.
Admissions Coordination Support
Assist in coordinating referrals with the admissions team to promote smooth and timely intake processes.
Help reduce delays between referral and treatment entry through proactive communication.
Support documentation requests such as treatment verification letters, bed availability confirmations, and referral follow-up.
Justice System & Employer Engagement
Build relationships with justice-system partners, including courts, attorneys, probation/parole, and pretrial services.
Engage with employers and HR departments seeking treatment resources for employees.
Build relationships with colleges, student support offices, and educational advocates.
Jail / Community Presence
Participate in outreach efforts with local jails, assessment centers, and community partners when appropriate.
