Now, we're looking for an organized, creative, and driven Social Media Coordinator to help us grow and manage our digital presence.

In this role, you'll be the voice behind our social channels — planning content, engaging our audience, and making sure Skilled Wound Care shows up consistently and professionally across every platform. If you love social media, understand what makes content perform, and want to do meaningful work in healthcare, this is the role for you.

You'll work closely with our recruitment and marketing teams and have real input into how we show up online. Every day will bring something new — and that's exactly how we like it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create and source engaging content — including graphics, short-form videos, and copy — that aligns with our brand voice and recruitment goals.
Write clear, on-brand captions and social copy that feels human, not corporate.
Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on content reach, engagement, and growth.
Support the recruitment team by creating social content that attracts and connects with physicians nationwide.
Assist at company events and physician retreats to capture content and document key moments.
Stay current on social media trends and platform updates and bring fresh ideas to the team.
