The Marketing Manager role at Noble Panacea is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for driving the brand’s marketing performance across HK/SG. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies (digital, social, influencer, content) while also leading trade marketing initiatives to maximize retail sell-through, in-store visibility, and retailer partnerships. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration with sales and retail teams. This position demands both strategic agility and operational execution to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales performance in a highly competitive market.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Brand & Digital Marketing
Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Lead social media strategy and influencer/creator collaborations.
Manage performance marketing (paid ads, email, SEO) to drive business growth.
Oversee content creation (educational skincare guides, tutorials, before/after campaigns).
Partner with PR & community agencies to amplify brand storytelling.
Share key competitor showcases and market analysis on monthly basis.

You will be a marketing expert ideally understanding brand agility with a goal driver mindset.
High resilience with the ability and desire for achievements.
Strong English language skills.
Must know what good looks like when it comes to best in class aligned communication and brand messaging, across multiple channels, paid and owned.
Must be able to navigate a global organization, working with multiple stakeholders and agency partners to deliver creative assets and content that performs.
Hands on leadership style, must be as much a ‘doer’ as an ‘orchestrator. Must know their way around the systems and tools required to get the job done, be able to dive in, whilst also shaping long term plans and creating the right conditions for success.
