In addition to core responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the automation and quality strategy across the line, driving an automate first approach that improves both delivery speed and overall product quality. You will play a central role in designing and scaling robust, reusable test automation across UI, API, and data layers, while influencing how teams approach testing in a modern engineering environment.
You will act as the primary quality lead, partnering closely with engineering, product, and release stakeholders to ensure comprehensive, risk-based test coverage and strong alignment between requirements and validation. This role provides high visibility and impact, combining hands on technical leadership with the ability to elevate testing practices across teams.
Key Areas of Focus
8+ Years of Experience (Ruby is Mandatory)
Define and lead automation strategy, frameworks, and tooling across the line
Build and maintain scalable automated test suites across UI, API, and data layers
Coach teams on automation patterns, test data strategy, and CI/CD integration
Own end to end testing approach, including manual, automated, and exploratory testing
Drive defect management, traceability, and alignment to enterprise testing standards
Coordinate test environments, data, and regression suites to support release readiness
What You Bring
Strong experience leading test automation strategy and frameworks in complex environments
Hands on experience with tools such as Tosca, Ruby, Postman, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or Concourse
Deep understanding of test data management, environment coordination, and release testing practices
Proven ability to lead quality initiatives within an agile delivery model
Focus on improving quality, scalability, and speed through automation and strong engineering practices

As a Software Engineer, you will focus on mentoring and leading others to deliver high quality, cost-effective technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for applying secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Mentors and trains other team members on design techniques, tools and coding standards.
Provides strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and optimal practices.
Champions the use of DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
Ensures continuous learning and improvement through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
Manages individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
