

We are looking for a highly capable and pragmatic HR Operations Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term basis, supporting our recent German acquisition (Vidispine).
As a newly acquired business, Vidispine is at an early stage of integration into the Lumine Group. This role will play a critical part in building and stabilising HR operations, combining hands-on delivery with the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose processes, documentation, and ways of working. You will partner closely with Group HR and local leadership to ensure that HR operations are effective, compliant, and aligned with Lumine standards.
Operating in a high-autonomy environment, you will take ownership of HR operations from the ground up while maintaining continuity of day-to-day activities and escalating more serious or complex matters to Group HR as required.
