Job Responsibilities:
Provide customers with quality food and beverage service according to service standards, offering friendly and attentive service at the bar, and preparing and serving drinks
Possess solid knowledge of beverage mixing; introduce various types of alcoholic drinks and their characteristics according to service standards, and build good relationships with customers
Assist in conducting quality checks on alcoholic products
Participate regularly in internal food and beverage training programs
Address customer enquiries and meet their requests with a positive service attitude
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the restaurant, banquet venues, and back‑of‑house areas
Job Requirements:
Junior high school level or above
1 year previous experience as a bartender is required
Must be able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and simple English
