

Purpose of the Role
Lead the strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence of the LCL & CRM portfolio across SAA, Pakistan, and UAE. Translate regional and global product strategies into actionable business plans and drive execution to deliver sustainable growth, enhanced customer satisfaction, and improved product competitiveness.
The role holds end to end accountability for regional product P&L, commercial growth, service quality, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of the regional product leadership team, the incumbent will drive cross-functional collaboration, strengthen product maturity, and build a high-performing and engaged organization aligned with Maersk’s Logistics & Services growth ambitions.
