The Global Learning Administrator will support the management of global training activities through the Learning Management System (Cornerstone). This role partners closely with global training owners and local learning administrators to ensure effective training assignment, system governance, reporting, and operational support across global sites. The position also plays a key role in system implementation, release testing, troubleshooting, and driving harmonization across learning processes in a GMP-regulated environment.

What you will do:
Support implementation of the Learning Management System at new sites, including:
Cleanup and upload of global training data
Support for Local Learning Administrators during implementation activities
Manage and assign global training curricula in collaboration with training owners and Local Learning Administrators
Maintain and update global training curricula within Cornerstone
Drive consistency and harmonization through oversight of system usage and training content
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of enhancements
Provide operational support to Local Learning Administrators and end users
Respond to and troubleshoot system support tickets in a timely manner
Develop and deliver reports related to training activities and system performance
Manage communication related to system usage and learning processes
Support testing and review activities for system releases and upgrades
Manage global licenses for learning content development applications such as Articulate 360
Perform additional duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Advanced experience administering Learning Management Systems, preferably at a global level
Experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
Strong technical aptitude with experience using global enterprise applications
Ability to create logical workflows and reporting structures for training assignment and tracking
Excellent attention to detail with a strong “right first time” mindset
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and global teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
