Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Manager to lead and drive end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in managing teams, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business goals. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring developers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring governance, quality, and scalability of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and architects.
Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance across ServiceNow projects.
Oversee solution design, development, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Drive hiring, training, and upskilling initiatives within the ServiceNow team.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance KPIs, and security standards.
Provide thought leadership on platform enhancements, upgrades, and roadmap planning.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
